All content, trademarks, and data on SymptomSync, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, as well as the software used, are the property of SymptomSync or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SymptomSync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SymptomSync operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
